Compact Laminate
Sheets of kraft paper impregnated with compact laminate resins are heated, pressed. Both faces of the core are covered with a decorative sheet and a transparent melamine overlay that provides wear protection and surface finish.
Headrail Braced Style
The partition is attached to the floor and stabilized at the top of the pilaster with anti-grip headrail. This style is very stable and is recommended for heavy traffic areas.
Full Height Size
Door and panel heights over 58 inch are considered oversize. Panel widths greater than 58 inch are also considered oversize. Components may be specified to custom dimensions.
Zero Sightline
Door and panel heights over 58 inch are considered oversize. Panel widths greater than 58 inch are also considered oversize. Components may be specified to custom dimensions.
Doors and Panels
Door and panel heights over 58 inch are considered oversize. Panel widths greater than 58 inch are also considered oversize. Components may be specified to custom dimensions.
Pilasters
Compact Laminate pilasters are 3/4 inch thick (typical). A leveling bolt is provided on the floor edge of the pilaster. Pilasters are attached to the floor using an 18 gauge stainless steel plate to provide horizontal adjustment. Shoes are 22 gauge ASTM A-167 stainless steel with satin finish, not less than 3 inch in height.
Hardware Materials
Cast stainless steel hardware in a brushed silver finish.
Door Hardware
Hinges are surface mount and strikes/keepers are wraparound style. Slide latches, coat hooks, and bumpers are surface mounted. Door pulls are through bolted. All fasteners are tamper proof.
Brackets
Stirrup-type one ear, two-ear, and u-brackets are provided with theft resistant fasteners.
Headrail
Headrail is extruded, clear, anodized aluminum with an anti-grip profile.
Considerations
- All edges are black.
- Material should be stored flat.
- Job site handling should be minimized.
- Alcoves over 84" may require headrail cross bracing.
- Door height/weight and hardware selection dictate maximum component height.
- Local building and ADA code should be reviewed for compliance.
- Directional patterns may limit stall depth.
- Molding may require additional cleaning care.
- Wood molding is not guaranteed in wet areas.
- If used, interior panel molding may interfere with toilet accessory mountings.
